Unworn and Undamaged Condition:

To qualify for a return, the leather jacket must be in its original, brand-new condition, with all tags, labels, and packaging intact. It should not have been worn, altered, or damaged in any way.

Return Authorization:

Before sending the product back to us, you must obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. To do this, simply reach out to our customer support team through info@excloz.co.uk with your order details and the reason for the return. We will guide you through the process and provide you with the RA number.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part, such as sending the wrong item or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe and prompt delivery.

Refund or Exchange:

Once we receive the returned leather jacket and inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy criteria, we will process your refund or exchange. If you choose a refund, the purchase amount, minus any applicable shipping charges, will be credited back to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Custom-Made Jackets:

Please note that custom-made or personalized jackets may not be eligible for returns unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

Non-Returnable Items:

For hygiene reasons, accessories like scarves, gloves, and hats are non-returnable.
